How often should pest control be done?

Once a month is what we recommend because of climatic conditions that break our products down. We highly recommend service in April – June – August and October, when we have seasonal surges of insect activity.

Cleaning only needs to be done if there is a fogging treatment in your home. In this case simply wipe countertops with a wash cloth using soap and water.

How long do you have to stay out of the house after pest control treatment?

Most products say until the product is dry which can be 30-60 minutes on average. We recommend 1-2 hours to be safe.

What will keep mice and rats away?

Reducing harborage area and eliminating conducive conditions is very effective in keeping rodents away! Trimming back all vegetation 1-2 feet away from perimeter of home; keeping garbage picked up around outside of home; eliminate piles of junk and debris outside of home, including picking up dog droppings; not leaving pet bowls of food outside; and making certain outside vents to crawlspace and outside attic vents are secure, will help greatly!
